六年级的学生面临着小升初的考试,家长和老师为了使学生能够在升学考试中脱颖而出,给学生施加了很大的压力,学生出现了厌学、焦虑等各种情绪。作为班主任,应做好学生、任课老师、家长三方面的思想工作,充分发挥教育合力的作用,在考虑每个孩子感受的基础上,最大程度地发挥他们的潜能,在轻松而又适当紧张的氛围下,促进每个孩子的健康发展。通过孩子的努力、学校和老师的教育、父母的用心,共同打造这段具有意义的小升初学习时光。
