酰胺化反应是合成含有酰胺键的天然产物、材料以及药物分子中一类非常重要的化学反应.发展高原子经济性和环境友好的新型酰胺键的合成方法仍然是该领域具有重要研究意义和价值的研究内容.报道了在氯化亚铁作为催化剂和叔丁基过氧化氢作为氧化剂的条件下,实现了芳香醛和脂肪醛分别与伯胺和仲胺的直接酰胺化反应,获得了较高的收率.进一步研究发现,该反应体系对氮杂环化合物也有较好的适用性.
