为满足大型公共建筑节能降耗的要求,提出一种高效能离心式冷水机组。相对传统离心式冷水机组,本机组主要有三方面的技术特点:1)平面多级射流配液技术;2)增效两级压缩技术;3)多重防喘振技术。综合以上技术制造了一台两级压缩离心式冷水机组样机,并按美国标准和国内行业标准进行型式实验。试验结果表明:采用带经济器的增效两级压缩技术和依靠降膜蒸发器自带布液器的均匀射流配液技术,使机组能效比提升了6%~8%,多重防喘振技术有效保证了机组的稳定运行。
In order to meet the requirements of energy saving of large public buildings, a high performance centrifugal chiller is proposed. Relative to the traditional centrifugal chillers, the unit has three main technical features: 1) planar multi-stage jet dosing technology; 2) synergistic two-stage compression technology; 3) multiple anti-surge technology. Based on the above technology, a prototype of a two-stage centrifugal chiller has been manufactured and tested according to the American standards and domestic industry standards. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the unit is improved by 6% -8% with the two-stage compression technology with economizer and the uniform jet dosing technology relying on the falling film evaporator with liquid distributor. The multiple anti-surge technology Effectively ensure the stable operation of the unit.
