本文在研究食品导电特性的基础上，分析了各种误差因素对测量准确性与重复性的影响，提出了相应的改善措施，设计了以ＰＩＣ１６Ｃ７１单片机为核心的食品水分快速测定仪。仪器的分辨率０１％，精度优于０５％。 Based on the study of the conductive properties of food, this paper analyzes the influence of various error factors on the measurement accuracy and repeatability, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. The rapid measuring instrument of moisture content based on PIC16C71 is designed. Instrument resolution of 0  1%, accuracy better than 0  5%.
