伴随着我国高职教育的持续发展,在高职院校当中,行政管理人员的重要性越来越得到突显,就目前的情况来看,科学而又合理的行政管理人员绩效考核办法在我国高职院校中还比较缺失,使得绩效考核过于形式化。行政管理人员的工作特点是具有较强的现代化和专业化程度,要对高职院校行政管理人员的综合素质进行评价和提高,就必须要有一套科学的绩效考核办法,因此,将行政管理人员绩效考核办法进行构建和改进,这是每一个高职院校都必须要重视的工作,也在一定程度上对于高职院校的发展有着积极的促进作用。
