为了解高职院校学生的责任心总体发展现状,为高职院校学生的责任心教育提供实证依据,以湖北省宜昌市几所高职院校的学生作为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查法进行研究,利用SPSS13.0对调查数据进行了统计分析。本文以性别作为分组依据,从高职生责任心及其不同层次、不同构成要素几个方面进行责任心的性别差异分析。结果表明,高职女生责任心平均水平明显高于男生责任心平均水平,两者在各方面的差异达到统计学上的显著程度。笔者认为,高职学生责任心的性别差异,主要是家庭、学校、社会文化的综合影响,也是男、女生在生理及心理发育程度的差异所致。责任心的性别差异属正常现象,但男女生在责任心上的显著差异应引起各方高度重视。
In order to understand the overall development of the sense of responsibility for students in higher vocational colleges and to provide empirical evidence for the responsibility education of students in higher vocational colleges and to take the students from several vocational colleges in Yichang City of Hubei Province as the research object, Conducted a research, the use of SPSS13.0 statistical analysis of the survey data. In this paper, gender as a basis for grouping, from the sense of responsibility of higher vocational students and their different levels, different components of several aspects of gender differences in responsibility analysis. The results show that the average level of responsibility of vocational school girls was significantly higher than the average level of responsibility of boys, the difference between the two in a statistically significant degree. The author believes that the gender differences in the sense of responsibility of higher vocational students, mainly the comprehensive impact of family, school, social and cultural, but also the differences between male and female students in the degree of physical and psychological development. Gender differences in responsibility are normal, but significant differences in responsibility between boys and girls should be given high priority by all parties.
