患者男性,58岁.因确诊为“胃癌”来我院外科手术治疗.术前常规B超检查:左上腹见8cm×5cm大小椭圆形肿块,周边低回声,中央强回声,呈假肾征.其周见多个低回声结节.肿块上缘与左肝前间隙之间可见7.5cm×5.8cm肿块,边界清,包膜完整,其内充满点、团状回声,平卧位时,肿块前面见气体回声反射;坐位时,气体回声位于头侧,且其内部点状回声来回移动.探头加压,该肿块变形明显.肿块后面左肝明显受压,呈长带状.肿块与其下缘“假肾
The patient was male, 58 years old. He was diagnosed as “stomach cancer” and came to our hospital for surgery. Preoperative routine B-ultrasound examination showed an oval-shaped mass of 8cm×5cm in the left upper abdomen, low echo in the periphery, strong echo in the center, and false kidney sign. A number of hypoechoic nodules were seen on the week. A 7.5cm x 5.8cm mass was seen between the upper edge of the mass and the left prehepatic space. The border was clear and the capsule was intact. It was full of spots and sacral echoes. In the supine position, the mass was in a supine position. See above for gas echo reflection; when seated, the gas echo is located on the cephalic side, and its internal point echoes move back and forth. When the probe is pressurized, the mass is deformed obviously. The left hepatic mass behind the mass is obviously compressed, showing a long band shape. The mass and its lower edge "False kidney
