1997年9月10日,美国通用汽车公司的内燃机车部GM EMD与我国铁路的领导、专家针对中国铁路机车车辆技术发展和GM EMD的新一代SD90MAC机车的技术进行了交流与座谈。
On September 10, 1997, GM EMD of General Motors Corporation of the United States held discussions and discussions with Chinese railway leaders and experts on the technology of a new generation of SD90MAC locomotives for the development of China’s railway rolling stock technology and GM EMD.
