未经分散的超细直径硬硅钙石纤维成半中空球称为硬硅钙石二次粒子。然而,半中空球对进一步深入研究超细直径硬硅钙石纤维的性能与应用造成很大的局限。所以,进行有效分散至关重要。本文采用超声波振荡的方法进行分散,并细致、深入地探讨了不同分散条件对超细直径硬硅钙石纤维分散形态的影响,从而说明选用合适的料浆和水的浓度配比以及采用合适的超声振荡时间都将有利于超细直径硬硅钙石纤维的充分分散。
Undispersed ultrafine-diameter xonotlite fibers into semi-hollow spheres are called xonotlite secondary particles. However, the semi-hollow sphere has great limitations on the further study of the properties and applications of ultrafine-diameter xonotlite fibers. Therefore, the effective dispersion is crucial. In this paper, the method of ultrasonic oscillation is used to disperse, and the effect of different dispersion conditions on the dispersion morphology of ultrafine-diameter xonotlite fibers is discussed in detail, so as to illustrate the selection of appropriate concentration ratio of slurry and water, Ultrasonic oscillation time will be conducive to the full dispersion of ultrafine diameter xonotlite fibers.
