以浙江省天南星族药用植物13种为13个分类单位,根据植物形态列出4O项性状,用单链法、全链法、中间距离法 WPGMA和 WPGMC、重心法、类平均法、可变类平均法、可变法等系统聚类方法进行数量分类;以比较系数作为判断标准评价各种方法的分类效果,并根据结合线分析对各树系图进行等级分界值确定,探索彼此间的系统关系。结果表明,WPGMA法分类效果最佳,不仅能区分天南星族犁头尖属、天南星属和半夏属,而且对天南星属各组的分类也取得理想结果。本研究结果与经典分类结果吻合,可为天南星族药用植物的分类和鉴定作参考。
Thirteen species of medicinal plants belonging to the tribe in the south of Zhejiang Province were used as 13 taxa, and 40 traits were listed according to plant morphology. The single-chain method, the whole-chain method, the intermediate distance method WPGMA and WPGMC, the gravity method, the class average method, and the variable Class-average method, variable method, and other systematic clustering methods are used for quantitative classification; the comparison coefficient is used as a criterion to evaluate the classification effect of various methods, and the hierarchical demarcation values are determined for each tree line drawing according to the combination line analysis, and the systems are explored. relationship. The results show that the WPGMA method has the best classification effect, and can not only distinguish the tip of the genus Aurora, Araceae and Pinellia, but also obtain the ideal result for the classification of Aragonia. The results of this study are in good agreement with the classical classification results and can be used as a reference for the classification and identification of medicinal plants in the south of Sichuan.
