目的:探讨枳椇子总黄酮对慢性酒精性肝病大鼠的治疗作用及其机制。方法:建立大鼠慢性酒精性肝病模型,观察枳椇子总黄酮对慢性酒精性肝病大鼠的治疗作用。结果:枳椇子总黄酮各剂量均能显著降低大鼠血清中ALT、AST、TNFα-、HA、LN含量,减少肝组织产生MDA,升高IL-10水平(P<0.01)。结论:枳椇子总黄酮能减轻酒精引起的炎症反应,并可对抗肝纤维化的形成,对酒精引致的肝损伤有良好的防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of total flavonoids of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb on chronic alcoholic liver disease in rats. Methods: A rat model of chronic alcoholic liver disease was established. The therapeutic effect of total flavonoids of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb on chronic alcoholic liver disease was observed. Results: The flavonoids of Hovenia dulcis Thunb leaves could significantly decrease the levels of ALT, AST, TNFα-, HA and LN in the serum of rats and decrease the levels of MDA and IL-10 in the liver tissue (P <0.01). Conclusion: The flavone from Hovenia dulcis Thunb can reduce the inflammatory reaction induced by alcohol and prevent the formation of hepatic fibrosis, which has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on alcohol-induced liver injury.
