为了测量波长在0.2~2 nm范围内的金丝内爆X射线的空间分辨光谱,利用椭圆自聚焦原理,研制了一种椭圆晶体谱仪。季戊四醇(PET)(002)椭圆弯晶作为色散分析元件,其离心率为0.9480,焦距为1348 mm,布拉格角范围为30°~67.5°。设计了半径为50 mm的半圆型胶片暗盒,内装X光胶片接收光谱信号。在“阳”加速器装置上先沿X射线水平方向进行摄谱实验,然后将谱仪沿X射线轴旋转90°,再进行金丝内爆实验。两次实测金丝内爆等离子体X射线的跃迁光谱相符,谱线分辨率(λ/Δλ)达300~600。实验结果表明该谱仪适合金丝内爆等离子体X射线的光谱学研究。
In order to measure the spatial resolution spectrum of gold implosion X-ray with wavelength in the range of 0.2 ~ 2 nm, an ellipse crystal spectrometer was developed by using the principle of elliptic self-focusing. Pentaerythritol (PET) (002) ellipsocrystal was used as the dispersion analyzer. Its eccentricity was 0.9480, the focal length was 1348 mm, and the Bragg angle range was 30 ° -67.5 °. A semicircular film cartridge with a radius of 50 mm was designed, containing an X-ray film to receive the spectral signal. In the “Yang” accelerator device on the first X-ray imaging experiments carried out horizontally, and then the spectrometer along the X-ray axis rotated 90 °, then the gold wire implosion experiments. Two measured gold implosion plasma X-ray transition spectrum line resolution spectral line (λ / Δλ) of 300 to 600. The experimental results show that the spectrometer is suitable for the spectroscopic study of gold implosion plasma X-ray.
