为了适应精炼钢包对镁钙材料日益增长的需求,通过感应炉抗渣实验研究了不同精炼渣系(CaO SiO2和CaO Al2O3)对不同组成的树脂结合不烧镁钙(MgO CaO)砖侵蚀的影响,并借助显微镜和电子探针对熔渣熔蚀、渗透进行了研究。结果表明:对于CaO SiO2渣,随着砖中CaO含量的增加,砖的抗渣蚀能力增强,而CaO Al2O3渣却恰好相反;无论对哪一种渣,熔渣的渗透深度都随着砖中CaO含量的增加而减小。
In order to meet the increasing demand of Mg-Ca materials for refined ladle, the effects of different refined slag systems (CaO SiO2 and CaO Al2O3) on the erosion of different combinations of resin-bound MgO CaO bricks were studied by means of induction furnace slag- , And through the use of microscope and electron probe to study the molten slag infiltration and infiltration.
