近年来,上海市虹口区曲阳路街道党工委从“建组织、调结构、筑基石”三方面探索居民区党组织运行机制,取得一定成效。通过调研发现居民区党组织在运行过程中仍存在工作短板,要通过健全党组织发展机制、工作支撑保障机制、有效的评价机制等路径提升居民区党建工作有效性。
In recent years, the party committee of Quyang Road in Hongkou District of Shanghai has explored the operating mechanism of party organizations in residential areas from three aspects: “building organizations, adjusting structures and building stones”, and achieved some success. Through the investigation and study, we found that there are still shortages in the operation of party organizations in residential areas. We should enhance the party building effectiveness in the neighborhoods through improving the development mechanism of party organizations, work support and safeguard mechanisms, and effective evaluation mechanisms.
