水泥路面的接缝料是用来防止路表水通过接缝下渗或者坚硬的杂物嵌入缝中,预防路面锯缝下的基层受水侵蚀造成唧泥,进而引起面板被淘空;也可预防石子等硬物嵌入接缝,引起面板断裂。从对我国水泥路面接缝使用性能调查来看,嵌缝料的损坏相当严重。损坏的主要形式为嵌缝料的粘附性不足,随着路面板的低温收缩发生脱粘。其原因除了与施工人员对接缝的处理工艺不到位以外,还与接缝材料的尺寸参数及对其受力特性缺乏分析有关。本文重点阐述水泥混凝土路面施工缝需要特殊处理的原因和相应的施工工艺,提出了提高路面质量和耐久性的措施。
