测定了LM-3菌株产抗菌蛋白对稻瘟病菌和稻纹枯病菌的平板抑制作用;研究了菌悬液浸种、浸芽和浇苗3种处理下对水稻的生长促进作用和对超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶3种保护酶的诱导表达作用。结果表明:抗菌蛋白对稻瘟病菌和稻纹枯病菌的抑菌带分别为11.0和7.0 mm;以2×106cfu/mL的细胞浓度浇灌幼苗对水稻的生长促进作用最好,苗高等各项生理指标与对照及其它处理相比均达到显著水平;对3种保护酶均有良好的诱导表达作用。
The inhibitory effect of antibacterial proteins produced by LM-3 strain on Magnaporthe grisea and Rhizoctonia solani was determined.
