一九八三年九、十月,省政协、全国政协相继组织了调查组对江陵古城的文物保护,城市规划问题进行了考察。调查组成员中,有城乡建设环境保护部,文化部、故宫博物院等有关部门的领导以及城市规划、建筑、文物考古、美术、水利等方面的专家。在江陵考察期间,他们深入现场了解情况,并与江陵有关方面进行了座谈,对古城保护,规划和建设问题进行了有意义的研讨。笔者耳濡笔录,深有启发,爱好《侧记》整理,蒙《华中建筑》披露,庶几进一步探索,广征博引,以有利于古城规划工作的开展和规划方案的完善。如有错误,
In September and October of 1983, the Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference and the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference successively organized an investigation team to investigate the protection of cultural relics and urban planning in the ancient city of Jiangling. Among the members of the investigation team were the leaders of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Culture and the Palace Museum, and experts in urban planning, architecture, cultural relics, archaeology, fine arts, and water conservancy. During the inspection in Gangneung, they went to the scene to understand the situation and held discussions with relevant parties in Gangneung to conduct meaningful discussions on the protection, planning and construction of the ancient city. The author’s deafness was deeply enlightened. He liked to read “Side Notes” and disclosed “Huazhong Architecture”. He further explored and extensively quoted, in order to facilitate the development of the ancient city planning work and the improvement of planning programs. If there is an error,
