本文用氮蓝四唑 (NBT)光化还原法和抗坏血酸 -Cu2 + -H2 O2 体系法 ,对从大麦麦叶中提取的有效活性物质 ,主要是黄酮类化合物清除超氧离子自由基O2 ·- 和羟自由基·OH的效果进行测定。结果表明 ,这类化合物有较强的清除作用。其中 98- 12这一品种的清除率略高于其它三个品种。生长 5~ 10天的麦叶清除效果最好。当黄酮浓度达到 12 μg/mL左右时 ,对O2 ·- 的最大清除率达 95 .5 6 % ,对·OH的最大清除率达94 .12 % ,其清除作用都比竹叶提取物强。
In this paper, NBT photochemical reduction and ascorbic acid-Cu2 + -H2 O2 system were used to extract the effective active substances from barley wheat leaves, mainly flavonoids scavenging superoxide radical O2 · - And the effect of hydroxyl radical · OH were measured.
