针对锅炉燃烧控制对象的大滞后特性,提出基于辐射能信号的燃烧控制系统优化方案。该方案利用红外辐射能信号快速反应炉内热量的特点,将其作为提前反馈量,接入DCS锅炉主控模块中,克服燃料侧干扰引起的锅炉主蒸汽压力及流量的波动,保证汽机运行的稳定性。通过闭环控制实施对燃烧的优化,能够提高机组的负荷响应能力。
Aiming at the large hysteresis characteristics of boiler combustion control object, a combustion control system optimization scheme based on radiant energy signal is proposed. The program uses the characteristics of the infrared radiant energy signal to quickly respond to the heat in the furnace, which is used as an early feedback amount to access the main control module of the DCS boiler to overcome the fluctuation of the main steam pressure and the flow rate of the boiler caused by the fuel side interference so as to ensure the operation of the steam turbine stability. The optimization of combustion through closed-loop control improves the load response of the unit.
