本文建立了海参口服液中甲基汞含量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。该法采用WBI进样口,毛细管色谱柱DB-5(弱极性,30m×0.53mm×0.5μm),ECD检测器进行检测。进样口温度:200℃,载气流速:10mL/min,柱室温度:100℃保持2min,以5℃/min升至230℃.检测器温度:300℃。方法简单、快速、重现性好,平均回收率大于85%,RSD小于3.O%,线性范围为0.1μg/mL-1.0μg/mL。
This paper established a method for the determination of methylmercury in sea cucumber oral liquid by capillary gas chromatography. The method uses the WBI inlet, capillary column DB-5 (weak polarity, 30m × 0.53mm × 0.5μm), ECD detector for detection. Inlet temperature: 200 ° C, Carrier gas flow rate: 10 mL / min, Column chamber temperature: 100 ° C for 2 min and 5 ° C / min to 230 ° C. Detector temperature: 300 ° C. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible. The average recovery was more than 85% with RSD less than 3.0% and the linear range was 0.1μg / mL-1.0μg / mL.
