我院在1955午2月至1956年6月收容阑尾炎住院施术者共90例,其中有病历可查者83例,急性者共52例,内中有本院工作人员及住院患者合并急性阑尾炎的占13例,直接从部队卫生机关后送的占39例。现仅就此39例的送院前情况提出一些问题供作研究参考。1.诊断方面:送院病历绝大多数由师卫生营或相当的医疗机关整理过,也有个别由团整理后直接送院的。送院病历确诊阑尾炎或初诊中包括阑尾
