扶贫开发是建设中国特色社会主义的一项历史任务,也是建设社会主义和谐社会的一项重要内容。20多年来,我国扶贫开发事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。当前,扶贫工作面临的新任务、新形势,要求我们树立新观念,拓展新思路,积极探索有鲜明时代特征的、更加有效的扶贫新机制、新途径、新方法。为此,近日我们走访了几位关注扶贫事业的专家学者和扶贫实践者,现将他们站在不同角度探索扶贫机制的相关理论成果、实践经验的要点整理出来,供大家参考、借鉴。
Poverty alleviation and development are a historic task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important part of building a socialist harmonious society. Over the past 20 years, our cause of poverty alleviation and development has made remarkable achievements.
