很多专家都知道中职学生不好教,但究竟有多难教恐怕只有我们这些在教学一线工作的人员才最有切身的体会。一、中职学生的现状成因以我所教的我校汽修班学生为例:因汽修班是全校入学分数最低的,故全班中考成绩均在180分以下,甚至有几个未参加中考的。基于这种情况,每次上课仅仅有少数人能听讲做笔记,而能真正跟上并听懂的人更是屈指可数。所以,中职学生中普遍存在的问题就是不想学、不会学、学不会。
