介绍了齐齐哈尔市防汛信息服务系统的开发现状，包括系统配置、系统主要功能和技术特点。本系统近期的开发策略和方法：首先要服务于地市级防汛业务的需要，其次应注重信息的收集和利用等基础工作，同时应培养一些既通防汛业务，又懂计算机技术的人材，要加速应用层的开发，使系统具备分析、预测和方案优化等方面的信息处理能力，更多地采用计算机新技术、新成果。今后应以现有的系统为基础，组建大型防汛信息网络系统。
The development status of flood prevention information service system in Qiqihar City was introduced, including system configuration, system main functions and technical characteristics. The recent development strategy and method of this system: First of all, it is necessary to serve the needs of prefecture-level flood prevention services. Secondly, it should focus on the basic work of information collection and utilization, and at the same time, it should train some talented people who understand both computer and computer technology. Accelerating the development of the application layer enables the system to have information processing capabilities in terms of analysis, prediction, and program optimization, and to adopt more computer new technologies and new achievements. In the future, a large-scale flood prevention information network system should be established based on the existing system.
