在煤炭价格市场化改革以及工业化进程加快对能源需求增加多重因素影响下,煤价上涨幅度明显。本文从煤价纵向变化、替代能源品种比较、国内外市场价格比较三种维度分析了当前煤炭价格水平,认为煤炭价格市场化改革产生的制度性效应促使煤价恢复性上涨;与替代能源的比价关系比较,煤价长期低估导致经济体系对煤炭过度依赖,加剧了煤炭供需矛盾,引发煤价水平的异常波动;世界范围内的能源价格整体上涨在一定程度上带动了中国煤价持续上涨。根据以上结论,本文分析了煤炭价格存在的主要问题以及走势展望,并提出了相关政策建议。
Under the influence of multiple factors such as the market-oriented reform of coal prices and the acceleration of industrialization on energy demand, the price of coal rose by a large margin. This paper analyzes the current coal price level from vertical dimension of coal price, comparison of alternative energy sources and comparison of domestic and international market prices. It is concluded that the institutional effect of market-oriented reform of coal price promotes the recovery of coal price, and the price of alternative energy The long-term underestimation of coal prices led to over-reliance on coal in the economy, exacerbated the contradiction between coal supply and demand and triggered unusual fluctuations in the coal price level. The overall rise in energy prices in the world, to a certain extent, has driven the continuous rise of coal prices in China. Based on the above conclusions, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the coal price and the trend of the forecast, and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.
