为了有效利用煤矸石资源 ,减少煤炭企业环境压力 ,根据煤矸石综合利用可行性评价的需要 ,针对不同评价指标的要求 ,在综合了过程集成节能技术的应用评价、技术经济评价、专家调查法评价、层次分析法评价、模糊理论评价以及综合评价函数法等评价方法的基础上 ,对煤矸石电厂建设的可行性进行了较为系统的评价分析 ,该研究已在企业应用 ,取得了良好的效益
