在pH为3的HCl-NaAc缓冲溶液中,硒与吡咯啶二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)可生成稳定的配合物。经40℃水浴15 min,配合物被萃取到Triton X-114表面活性剂相,与水相分开。表面活性剂相可产生强烈的共振瑞利散射信号,最大散射峰位于470 nm,其强度与硒浓度正相关。硒在1~7μg/mL浓度范围与共振散射强度I有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.006 3μg/mL,RSD为2.65%。以所建立的方法测定了富硒螺旋藻片中硒的含量,通过与原子荧光法对比,测定结果无显著性差异。
