本文研究若干影响小型高速直喷式柴油机预混燃烧的因素并评定预混燃烧对该机排气污染的影响。预混燃烧及扩散燃烧特性采用单区放热分析法测定。发现预混燃烧燃油量m_(pR)与柴油机转速n 和滞燃期(?)i 的乘积成线性关系,而与总的喷油量mF(mg)基本上无关。因此,预混燃烧燃油的百分率β随n 的提高、燃空比的减小以及喷油正时的延迟而增加。HC 排放量与β关系不大。相反,发现NO_x 排放量随β的减少而增加,说明不是预混燃烧,而是扩散燃烧是产生NO_x 排放的主要原因。
This paper studies several factors that affect the premixed combustion of small high-speed direct injection diesel engines and assesses the impact of premixed combustion on the exhaust pollution of the aircraft. The premixed combustion and diffusion combustion characteristics were determined by single zone exothermic analysis. Found that the premixed combustion fuel m_ (pR) and the diesel engine speed n and the retardation (?) I of the product of a linear relationship, and the total fuel injection mF (mg) has nothing to do with. Therefore, the percentage β of premixed combustion fuel increases as n increases, the fuel-air ratio decreases, and the injection timing retardation increases. HC emissions and β have little to do. On the contrary, it was found that NO_x emission increased with the decrease of β, indicating that it is not pre-combustion, but diffusion combustion is the main reason for NO_x emission.
