对活体骨矿含最(Bone mineral content以下简称BMC)和骨密度(Bone density以下简称BD)的测定有多种方法。近年来光子吸收扫描法日益受到重视。该法用~(125)I或~(241)Am所发射的γ射线来扫查被测部位的骨组织,透过的光子被计数器接收并计量,根据透过骨骼前后光子量的变化,用微机处理,计算被扫描骨骼的BMC和BD。作者用国产FT647单能光子骨密度仪测定62例肾脏病人的BMC和BD,报告如下。
