本文给出了对WG200MW机组锅炉炉膛进行冷态空气动力工况模化试验的结果。试验中炉内速度场的测试采用了1050A恒温热线风速仪,并通过IMP数据采集板及微机处理系统对试验数据进行了处理。试验结果表明,不同的二次风与一次风动压比、一次风的投运方式、燃烧器的布置方式等均会影响到炉内的空气动力场。这对我国200MW机组锅炉及其它切圆燃烧锅炉炉膛的设计和运行均有一定的指导意义。
This paper gives the results of the cold aerodynamic modeling of WG200MW boiler. In the experiment, the 1050A constant temperature hot wire anemometer was used to test the velocity field in the furnace. The experimental data was processed by IMP data acquisition board and computer processing system. The experimental results show that different secondary air and primary air dynamic pressure ratio, primary air delivery mode and burner arrangement all affect the aerodynamic field in the furnace. This has a certain guiding significance for the design and operation of 200 MW unit boilers and other tangentially fired boiler furnaces in our country.
