企业实践是实现职业教育人才培养目标重要措施,也是加强职业教师终身教育和提升专业技能水平教学能力的有效途径。本文以中等专业学校为例,分析中职专业教师进行企业实践的意义和中职专业教师企业实践的现状,提出了提高中职专业教师企业实践的对策,提供参考意见。
Enterprise practice is an important measure to achieve the goal of training qualified personnel in vocational education. It is also an effective way to enhance the lifelong education of professional teachers and enhance the teaching ability of professional skills. This paper takes secondary specialized schools as an example to analyze the significance of secondary vocational teachers in enterprise practice and the status quo of secondary vocational teachers in enterprise practice. The countermeasures to improve the practice of secondary vocational teachers in enterprises are put forward and reference suggestions are provided.
