本文简要介绍用硫铁矿与氧化锰矿混合在硫酸溶液浸出过程中各种影响因素的试验研究结果,并以此工艺制取电解二氧化锰的经济效果作了初步分析。试验表明,锰浸出转化率达90%以上。原料单位消耗减少35.6%。 This article briefly introduces the experimental research results of various factors influencing the leaching process of sulfuric acid solution by mixing pyrite with manganese oxide ore and makes preliminary analysis on the economic effect of electrolytic manganese dioxide. Tests show that manganese leaching conversion rate of 90%. Unit consumption of raw materials decreased by 35.6%.
