With the development of the situation, the cadres and workers have an increasingly strong demand for spiritual and cultural life. However, they face the constraints of many issues such as tight labor funds and unions. In recent years, through the integration of Baishuikeng and Xiakoukou reservoirs, the integration of the two reservoirs and the reorganization of employee relations, the management of income and expenditures of trade unions has been strengthened and the utility of trade union funds has been exerted. The work of the trade unions has flourished and the overall situation has shown ” ,gas
