心脏除颤器是医院必备的急救仪器,它可产生较强的、能量可控的脉冲电流作用于心脏,用来消除心律紊乱,使心脏恢复为正常的窦性心律。到目前为止,心脏电除颤术被公认为是终止室颤最迅速、最有效的方法。本文依据JJF1149-2014心脏除颤器校准规范,在实际经验中有效的校准方法,使用除颤器分析仪(QA-40MKⅡ)校准除颤器的各项性能参数。通过定期校准,可以预防因设备失准而引起的医疗事故,消除除颤器的安全隐患,保障患者的生命安全。
A defibrillator is an essential first aid device in the hospital. It produces a strong, energy-controlled pulsed current that acts on the heart to eliminate heart rhythms and restore the heart to normal sinus rhythm. To date, defibrillation has been recognized as the quickest and most effective way to terminate VF. In this paper, JJF1149-2014 cardioverter defibrillator calibration specifications, in practice, effective calibration method, the use of defibrillator analyzer (QA-40MK Ⅱ) to calibrate the performance parameters of the defibrillator. Through regular calibration, it can prevent medical accidents caused by equipment misalignment, eliminate potential safety problems of defibrillators and ensure patient’s life safety.
