半年來教學工作的領導,使我們初步認識到教學工作是細緻的、複雜的。領導這項工作,應該是耐心地穩步地進行,任何急躁情緒和冒進思想都是錯誤的。總結檢查了我們這期工作有以下幾方面的認識: 1.實事求是訂好學期教導工作計畫是作好工作的一個關鍵。過去每年每期開學前後,我們都制訂學校教導工作計畫,但那些計畫,一般說來不是坐在辦公室裏脫離實際寫的,便是拿別人的經驗生硬拼湊而成的,既沒有詳細的情況分析,又缺乏精確的數字依據,因而形式主義的色彩非常濃厚。就拿本期計畫中的觀摩教學一項來說,就十足地表現了這種傾向。我們的計畫訂的是:對重點班
