随着经济的发展,市场竞争日益激烈,对物业管理公司的工作提出了更高的要求。目前物业管理公司不仅要根据物业服务合同的规定完成分内工作,例如维护相关区域内基础设施设备、养护园林环境、做好房屋及室内的维修等服务性工作提高服务水平,还要对本公司的成本进行有效管理,通过合理控制成本并降低成本来提高公司在市场中的竞争力。本文从物业管理公司成本形成的特点出发,结合目前物业公司发展的实际情况分析其运行中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相关建议。
