教科书作为一种载体负有传承人类文化的使命。一方面要将人类的现代文明成果载入历史,另一方面要延续传统的文化,而传统文化又是生发现代文化的根基与源头。在英语教科书的编制中,重视传统文化的选择、设计、开发,对于学生理解世界文化、增强跨文化意识起着重要的作用。本文试从传统文化的角度对初中英语教科书的编制、设计进行考察分析,并提出一些建议供教师及课程研究者参考。
Textbooks as a carrier have a heritage of human culture. On the one hand, it is necessary to include the achievements of human civilization in history, on the other hand, to continue the traditional culture, which is the foundation and origin of modern culture. In the preparation of English textbooks, emphasis on the choice of traditional culture, design, development, for students to understand the world culture, enhance cross-cultural awareness plays an important role. This article tries to make an analysis of the compilation and design of junior high school English textbooks from the perspective of traditional culture and puts forward some suggestions for the reference of teachers and curriculum researchers.
