本文从教师课堂教学行为的角度出发,结合实际教学案例,分析了目前小学新手英语教师在课堂导入、呈现、互动、监控行为等方面所常见的问题,并提出了有针对性地解决措施,旨在提高小学新手英语教师课堂教学能力,促进课堂教学行为的改变和优化。
