本报告用定量和定性相结合的研究方法,对中国科技管理决策人员的工作性质、情报需求、获取和使用情报的习惯、目前满足他们情报需求的障碍等诸方面进行了综合分析研究,据此提出了为科技管理决策服务的情报工作应具有的基本功能和特点,指出了目前这一工作中存在的主要问题及其原因,并提出笔者的建议。
This report uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of China’s S & T policymakers’ nature of work, intelligence needs, the habits of obtaining and using information, and the obstacles that currently satisfy their intelligence needs. Proposed the basic functions and characteristics of intelligence work for S & T decision-making service, pointed out the main problems and their reasons in the current work, and put forward the author’s suggestions.
