俗话说:民以食为天。我的家乡古都洛阳有许多美味小吃:豆腐汤、锅贴、浆面条……真是不尝不知道,一尝忘不掉。我最爱的美食当属家乡的那碗酸辣爽口的牡丹燕菜。牡丹燕菜由萝卜、鸡丝、鸡蛋等材料做成,可配海参、鱼翅,也可搭粉条、肉丝,丰俭由己。但必不可少的原料还是那水灵灵的大萝卜。把大白萝卜切成透明状的细丝,经过漫长又复杂的九蒸九晒,这时萝卜丝的口感和样子都极似燕窝,称为燕菜。
