金属与铍试剂Ⅲ(Beryllon Ⅲ)的配合物吸附波巳有报道。本文提出,在pH5.5~7.0的缓冲溶液中,铝与铍试剂Ⅲ可形成一种1:1的稳定的电活性配合物。此配合物于-0.65V(对SCE)产生一个非常灵敏的极谱波峰,检测下限可达0.002μg/ml。机理研究表明,该波具有吸附性质。方法简便、快速。测定了环境水及某些纯净物质中痕量铝,结果良好。 (一)仪器与主要试剂
The adsorption of metal complexes with Beryllon III has been reported. This paper suggests that aluminum and beryllium reagent III can form a 1: 1 stable electroactive complex in pH5.5 ~ 7.0 buffer solution. The complex produced a very sensitive polarographic peak at -0.65 V (for SCE) with a detection limit of up to 0.002 μg / ml. Mechanism studies show that the wave has adsorption properties. The method is simple and fast. The determination of trace amounts of aluminum in ambient water and some pure materials gave good results. (A) instruments and major reagents
