通过试验研究了以硬度为主的材料性能对超声加工工具磨损影响的规律。试验表明硬度与其磨损率呈非线性关系,磨损率是由多因素决定的。
The influence of hardness-based material properties on the wear of ultrasonic machining tools was studied through experiments. Tests show that the hardness and its wear rate showed a nonlinear relationship, the wear rate is determined by a number of factors.
