在节能环保法律法规的约束和国家节能减排政策的引导和支持下,我国燃煤电厂清洁发展成效巨大。大气污染物排放量、单位发电量污染物排放量大幅下降;废水排放控制、固体废物综合利用、供电煤耗、发电水耗等均达到世界先进水平;碳排放控制水平显著提升。煤电清洁发展为我国和全球环境保护事业做出了重大贡献。
In the energy-saving environmental laws and regulations and the constraints of the national energy-saving emission reduction policy guidance and support, China’s coal-fired power plant clean development has achieved tremendous results. The discharge of air pollutants and the discharge of pollutants per unit of generating capacity dropped drastically. Both the emission control of waste water, the comprehensive utilization of solid waste, coal consumption in power supply, and power generation and water consumption all reach the world advanced level. The emission control level has been significantly raised. The clean development of coal power has made a significant contribution to the cause of environmental protection in China and the world.
