对洋葱伯克霍尔德复合体(BCC)的分类学以及近年来基因分型方法的主要进展进行综述。洋葱伯克霍尔德复合体目前被分为至少9种,它们是:B.cepacia(基因型Ⅰ),B.multivorans(基因型Ⅱ),B.cenocepacia(基因型Ⅲ),B.stabilis(基因型Ⅳ),B.vietnamiensis(基因型Ⅴ),B.dolosa(基因型Ⅵ),B.ambifaria(基因型Ⅶ),B.anthina(基因型Ⅷ)和B.pyrrocinia(基因型Ⅸ)。recA基因的PCR-RFLP及种特异引物1、6S rDNA的PCR-RFLP和种特异引物、MLST、RAPD及PFGE的基因分型等方法近来被用于洋葱伯克霍尔德复合体的基因分型和流行病学调查。
The taxonomy of the Burkholdelic complex (BCC) of onion and the major advances in genotyping methods in recent years are reviewed. The Burkholde complex of onion is currently divided into at least nine species: B.cepacia (genotype I), B. multivorans (genotype II), B.cenocepacia (genotype III), B.stabilis ( B.vietnamiensis (genotype V), B.dolosa (genotype VI), B.ambifaria (genotype Ⅶ), B.anthina (genotype Ⅷ), and B. pyrrocinia (genotype Ⅸ). Methods such as PCR-RFLP for recA gene, PCR-RFLP for species-specific primers for 1,6S rDNA, and species-specific primers, genotyping of MLST, RAPD, and PFGE have recently been used to genotype Burkholdene complex And epidemiological investigation.
