本年度以来我国外贸企业的经营状况变的日益艰难,过于单一的贸易形势越来越不符合企业的良性发展,外贸企业必须依托自身优势,转变企业发展观念,建立符合外贸企业健康发展的精细化预算管理模式。本文通过对外贸企业全面预算管理特点的描述,提出了几点预算管理模式,以期各外贸企业共勉。 Since the beginning of this year, the operating conditions of China’s foreign trade enterprises have become more and more difficult.
