钢铁工业消耗着巨大的高温过程热 ,并且炼铁过程中伴随着大量的二氧化碳气体放出。高炉炼铁的二氧化碳排碳量占全球二氧化碳总排量的 5 4%。利用天然气作为还原剂 ,并以太阳能代替化石燃料来提供过程热 ,可使炼铁过程的二氧化碳排量大大减少。
The steel industry consumes a tremendous amount of heat at high temperatures and a significant amount of carbon dioxide gas is released during the ironmaking process. Carbon dioxide emissions from blast furnace ironmaking account for 54% of the global total CO2 emissions. The use of natural gas as a reductant and the replacement of fossil fuels by solar energy to provide process heat can significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the ironmaking process.
