首先分析了飞秒激光与物质的作用原理和载流子激发,载流子散射和晶格热化等超快动力学过程,接着简要阐述了飞秒波谱检测技术的基本原理和实验装置,并在此基础上分别介绍了瞬态吸收波谱技术、瞬态偏振旋转技术和光子回波技术,结合实例对这些技术进行了分析,最后展望了瞬态动力学研究和飞秒波谱检测技术的应用前景。
First of all, the principle of femtosecond laser and material and the ultrafast dynamics process of carrier excitation, carrier scattering and lattice heating are analyzed. Then the basic principle and experimental device of femtosecond spectrum detection technology are briefly introduced. On this basis, the transient absorption spectroscopy, transient polarization rotation and photon echo are introduced respectively. The technologies are analyzed with examples. Finally, the application prospects of transient dynamics and femtosecond spectrum detection are prospected .
