随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始追求精神享受,希望得到更好的生活环境。而以休闲为出发点的旅游地产开发迎合了消费者的需求,适应了社会经济的发展,其相关研究受到了社会的广泛关注。本文以休闲为视角,在对国内外有关旅游地产研究理论作出论述的基础上,就大庐山旅游地产发展的现状和问题进行了分析,并提出了一些构建大庐山温泉旅游地产开发机制和促进大庐山温泉旅游地产开发的对策,以期为大庐山温泉旅游地产开发提供参考和依据,促进该地区经济的发展。
As people’s living standards improve, more and more people begin to pursue spiritual enjoyment and hope to get a better living environment. However, the development of tourism real estate based on leisure has catered for the needs of consumers and adapted to the social and economic development. The related research has drawn wide attention from the society. This article, taking leisure as the angle of view, analyzes the current situation and problems in the development of tourism in Dushan Mountain based on the domestic and foreign research on tourism real estate. Some suggestions are put forward to establish the development mechanism of Dushan Mountain hot spring tourism real estate and to promote large Lushan Hot Springs tourism real estate development measures, with a view for the development of tourism hot springs Lushan Mountain provide a reference and basis to promote the economic development in the region.
