英蓝渗析离子色谱法直接测定饮料中的钙

目的:建立英蓝渗析离子色谱直接测定饮料中钙的方法。方法:采用Metrosep C 4 150阳离子交换柱,压力7.5 MPa;柱温25℃,流速为1 ml/min,淋洗液为1.7 mmol/L硝酸+0.05 mmol/L2,6-吡啶二羧酸+10%乙腈,非抑制电导法检测。结果:在该色谱条件下,15 min内完成钙的分析;在1 mg/L~5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);样品峰面积的RSD(n=7)为0.90%~1.39%;加标回收率为97.9%~104.5%。与国标测定方法进行比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.000044,p>0.5)。结论:该方法适用于饮料中钙的检测。 Objective: To establish a direct method for the determination of calcium in beverages by dialysis ion chromatography. METHODS: Metrosep C 4 150 cation exchange column was used with a pressure of 7.5 MPa. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 ml / min. The eluent was 1.7 mmol / L nitric acid + 0.05 mmol / L 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid +10 % Acetonitrile, non-suppressed conductivity detection. RESULTS: The analysis of calcium was completed within 15 min under this chromatographic condition. The linearity was good (r = 0.9999) in the range of 1 mg / L to 5 mg / L. The peak area RSD (n = 7) was 0.90% ~ 1.39%; the recoveries were 97.9% ~ 104.5%. Compared with the national standard determination method, the difference was not statistically significant (F = 0.000044, p> 0.5). Conclusion: This method is suitable for the detection of calcium in beverages.
