本文采用轧制变形方式,用金相方法研究12MnTiNb和16Mn钢的高温变形与再结晶规律,着重分析讨论了12MnTiNb钢在高温变形时细小碳氮化合物析出及其对动态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明:16Mn钢热变形时无形变诱发碳化物析出,因此可用Z=εexp(Q/RT)参数统一描述形变温变和形变速率对热变形行为的影响;而12MnTiNb钢,由于有形变诱发碳化物析出,改变了再结晶规律,形变诱发碳化物的析出行为对形变温度和形变速率的反应各异,因此不能用Z参数来统一描述它的热变形奥氏体再结晶行为。
In this paper, the deformation and recrystallization rules of 12MnTiNb and 16Mn steel were studied by means of rolling deformation method. The precipitation of fine carbonitride and its effect on dynamic recrystallization behavior of 12MnTiNb steel during high temperature deformation were analyzed emphatically. The results show that the deformation of the 16Mn steel is induced by the deformation-free carbides during the hot deformation. Therefore, the influence of deformation temperature and strain rate on the hot deformation behavior can be described by Z = εexp (Q / RT) parameters. In the 12MnTiNb steel, The precipitation and transformation of recrystallization change the law of precipitation. The precipitation behavior of deformation-induced carbides has different responses to the deformation temperature and deformation rate. Therefore, Z parameters can not be used to describe the recrystallization behavior of hot deformation austenite.
